Just a couple of more tasks for you to verify your eligibility to claim your prize. You have until January 6 to submit your claim for your prize.
Terms:
US Citizens
- who win more than $50 in a calendar year should self-report winnings to the IRS on Form 1040 Line 21.
- who win more than $500 in a calendar year must submit to Replication Markets IRS Form W-9 so we can file a 1099-MISC if prizes exceed $600. Submit completed IRS form to AccountsPayable@keywcorp.com with subject line “PayPal-SCORE-“. KeyW, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jacobs, distributes prize money for the Replication Markets project.
Non-US Citizens
- must submit IRS Form W-8BEN to Replication Markets so we can file IRS Form 1042. RM may have to withhold up to 30% of the prize money, depending on tax treaties. Submit completed IRS form to AccountsPayable@keywcorp.com with subject line “PayPal-SCORE-“. KeyW, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jacobs, distributes prize money for the Replication Markets project.
Replication Markets uses PayPal for all transactions
- In order to receive payment, you will need to set up a PayPal account if you do not already have one.
- Use the form below to submit your PayPal address to Replication Markets.
- Prize payments may not be issued until after the deadline to submit prize claim (January 6).
